Guest Identification and Check-In Policy All guests are required to present valid photographic identification at the time of check-in. Our standard check-in and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Guests wishing for early check-in or late check-out should note that these requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For arrivals at non-standard hours, we kindly ask you to inform the hotel in advance.

Reservation Policy We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases where fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected.

Child Guest Policy Children over the age of eight will incur an additional charge, as they are entitled to the same facilities as adult guests.

Booking Confirmation and Assistance Rest assured, your booking details will be promptly forwarded to the respective hotel, and we are committed to providing the necessary assistance to ensure a comfortable stay.

Cancellation Policy To cancel a booking, please notify us at least 7 to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a cancellation fee, amounting to 20% of the total booking amount, will apply.

Guest Conduct In instances of guest misbehavior, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately and without prior notice.

Legal Jurisdiction Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Himachal Pradesh. The decision of Awesome Yatra shall be final in all matters.

Room Representation The images of hotel rooms provided in our communications, whether through email or on our website, are intended for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual rooms.

Meal Plans and Additional Charges Our rooms are offered on a Modified American Plan, which includes breakfast and dinner. We will cover all hotel taxes (such as luxury tax, service tax, etc.), as well as any vehicle entry, parking fees, road, toll taxes, and driver accommodations, ensuring a comfortable journey and stay during your holiday.
